Nameko mushroom miso soup


Nameko is mushroom that is common ingredients for Miso soup in Japan.  It has very gluey special texture.  Miso soup is something that Japanese people makes everyday at traditional home but people have them less and less these days.

「なめこ汁」久しぶりにみそ汁を作ったら、とても美味しく感じた。具は生なめこと油揚げ。生なめこの食感がとてもよかった。
