Early April in Kumamoto - Spring Green

Young leaves are not really green but between soft yellow and green.  There are many camphor trees in Kumamoto and they can become quite big despite typhoons.  I also love the green colour of Japanese maples "Momiji"

「４月の新緑」楠の若葉は柔らいながら勢いがある。黄緑色は絵を描いているとよく使う色だが、意識して自然に見たのは生まれて初めてではないかと思った。もみじの緑もいい。
