Chicken cutlet rice


I was going to make Singapore style chicken rice with chicken but I changed it to cutlet of chicken.  I cooked the rice with chicken stock from the bones.  This photo looks like chicken with a wing but a breast with chicken finger attached.  Cutlet tastes so good when it's just done.

「チキンカツライス」チキンライス(海南鶏飯)とはシンガポールの名物料理で茹でた鶏とガラでとった出汁で炊いたご飯を一緒に頂くもの。今回は夫がカツレツが好きなので、鶏をカツにした。写真は手羽付きのように見えるが、胸肉にささみが付いたもの。揚げたてがとても美味しかった。
