Crab with tobiko


This is crab meat, boiled eggs and Tobiko roes tossed with Japanese fusion dressing.  I like adding Tobiko because of its texture.  Dressing is mix of Dashi soya sauce, rice vinegar and olive oil.

「カニのトビコ和え」これはカニ缶のカニの身にゆで卵、トビコを合わせたもの。私はトビコの食感が好きで、よく和え物に加えている。味付けはフュージョンで、だし醤油、お酢、オリーブオイル。
