Mugigayu


Japanese people hardly eat barely as it is besides, as a form of noodles or bread.  This is barely cooked in water.  I like barely soup but I like to eat much more simple way.

「麦粥」これは押し麦を炊いたもの。20分ほど味付け無しで麦がフワッとするまで鍋で炊き、お粥として頂く。麦にはぬめりがあり、ツルツルと胃に入る。疲れた時や食欲の無いときにもよい。梅干しと塩昆布で頂く。
