Tori jaga

This is chicken wings with potatoes cooked in soya sauce, sake, sugar.  It takes while to chicken wings to become tender, so I started cooking the wings then added potatoes later.

「鶏じゃが」これは手羽先とジャガイモの甘辛煮。中華の醤油を使っているので、色が濃く付いた。手羽先を柔らかくなるまで先に煮込み、後にジャガイモを加えた。
