Lamb shish kabob


This dish is something I've learned when I was in New York from a family from Caucasus region.  There is a great trick to make the lamb leg to make it tender with less lamb smell in this plate.

「ラムのシシカバブ」これはコーカサス地方の料理。かつてニューヨークに居た頃にその地方の家族に教わった。この地方の人は宗教上の理由で豚肉をほぼ食べず、肉は羊を食べることが多い。マリネした肉をサッと焼いたもの。
