Japanese hamberg with pork miso soup

Japanese people love "hamberg" it sounds like a berger but it's a typical dish of Japanese western dish called "Yoshoku".  We normally eat this with sauce that is made with demi-glace, but we often like to eat them with ground radish with soya sauce.

Pork miso soup is so called "Tonjiru".  Compares to the simple miso soup, this contains few kinds of vegetables, thinly sliced pork belly, konnyaku and tofu.
