Chicken curry - 2nd day


Curry tastes better the next day rather than the day cooked.  Because by resting the pot overnight, the taste penetrate through ingredients also the sauce thickens.  I added coco milk to slightly change the taste.  I enjoyed both light sauce version of the first day and coco milk favor version on the second day.

「2日目のカレー」これは先日のチキンカレーの2日目でココナッツミルクを加えたもの。2日目の濃くなったカレーにココナッツミルクを足すと濃厚でタイカレー似のものが出来た。味の変化を楽しむ。
