Cuisine in Paris 1

We prefer going to eat at the restaurant for lunch but stay at home for dinner, but we don't store any special seasoning in Paris apartment but just olive oil, salt and pepper, and very few things.  It's challenging to cook in this condition but it's better to eat simple food at home.

This is a huge difference between Hong Kong and in France where foods are much fresher and tasty.  With just salt, pepper and olive oil I was able to make extremely good dish every night.

「パリの食卓」私達はパリ滞在中はランチは外食し、夜は家で頂くことがほとんど。ただ、パリのアパートには塩、胡椒、オリーブオイル、乾燥ハーブ以外の調味料は置いていないのでシンプルな料理しか出来ない。

しかしこれがフランスが香港と違うところで、材料の鮮度と質がよいので、これらの味付けでとても美味しい料理が出来ることに本当に驚いた。香港では長い間かけて輸入された食材が多いのでこうはいかない。
