Seasonal Chicken Cutlet rolls


My husband loves chicken cutlet soni make this type of dish sometimes.  This is made with chicken breast  rooled with Pesto.  You need to slice open the breast then pound with meat pundert to thinner it.  Roll tightly then seal the end with tooth pick.  Coat with bread crumbes thnen deep fry  in oil.  I serve with simple tomato sauce.

「チキンカツロールの香り揚げ」夫がチキンカツが好きなのでこんな料理をよく作る。これは、鶏胸肉を開き、さらに肉たたきで叩いて薄くしたものに、バジルソースを塗って巻いたもの。はしは爪楊枝で留める。軽く衣を付けて油で揚げる。巻いた肉は、火が入りにくいので、ゆっくり揚げよう。季節で香りを木の芽や紫蘇の葉などに変えて楽しむ。
