Salmon with spring onion fried rice


This is nothing so special "Fried rice of Salted salmon with spring onion" but I cannot make this often in Hong Kong because salted salmon is only sold in certain Japanese super market.  I sprinkle some sesame oil in the end.

「塩シャケの炒めご飯」大した料理ではないが、香港ではジャスコにしか塩シャケが売っていないので、私にはなんだか貴重な料理。最後にごま油をたらして頂く。
