Beef cooked in tomato olive sauce


This is very simple stew of beef with tomato sauce.  I like stew of lean beef and I often make with red wine but simple tomato sauce can make a good stew as well.  I stew the beef with onion and tomato then added green olives in the end.  I think it's better to add olives in the end because they has certain bitterness if you cook them longer.

「牛肉のトマト煮込み」私は牛肉を煮込んだものが好きで、よくブフ・ボーギニョンを作るが、単にトマト煮込んでもとてもおいしい。これは牛肉をタマネギとトマトと煮込んだものにオリーブを最後に加えた。オリーブは煮込むと独特の苦みが出るので、最後に加えた方がよい。
