Agetofu

This is fried tofu with Japanese style meat sauce.  Lightly fried tofu is called Atsuage in Japan.  This is very common food and you can easily find in any super market.  I made a sauce with ground beef with mix of soya sauce and sugar.

「厚揚げの甘辛肉餡かけ」これは和風にするか中華風にするか迷ってなんとなく和風に作ったもの。甘辛味の肉餡を作って厚揚げを加え、少し煮込む。麻婆豆腐の和風版のようなものになった。
