Salad de fruits a la creme

I made my special version of Creme chantilly and this is made with the creme left over.  It was more fluffy when I just made but it came smooth the next day.  The creme is good with anything from sponge cake to fruits.

「フルーツサラダとクリーム」このクリームはケーキの残り。今月のレッスンレシピの苺のショートケーキで、少しこだわったクリームを作った。その日はもっとフワッとしていたが、翌日はしっとりとしていた。スポンジケーキと合わせてもフルーツなどと合わせてもとても美味しかった。
