Salade de carottes et figues

This carrot rape is made with three different colour of carrots.  I found a package of organic carrots yellow, orange and purple colour.  When I made the strips with them it became very pretty.

「人参のサラダ」オーガニックの春人参でカラフルなものを見つけた。黄色、オレンジ、紫の珍しい色の人参がパックになっていた。これはスライサーでスライスしてヴィネグレットで和えたもの。色の違いでとても可愛らしいサラダになった。
