Pork fillet with herb crust


This is pork fillet Tonkatsu with carrots leaves.  The organic carrots had beautiful its leaves on the top so I didn't want to waste them.  I mixed with bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.  It became very flagrant compared to the normal crust and it was a great combination with pork fillet.

「豚フィレの香り揚げ」前投稿のオーガニックの人参は葉っぱ付きだったので、トンカツの衣に混ぜて、香り揚げにしてみた。葉をフードプロセッサで細かくし、パン粉にたっぷり混ぜた。トンカツの要領で衣を薄く作り、油でカラッと揚げた。とても香りの高い衣になった。さっぱりとして繊細な身のフィレ肉と合ってとても美味しかった。
