Nikuudon


Sliced beef cooked in soya sauce and sugar is very popular topping for Udon noodles.  Udon should have Konbu with Katsuo dashi which color is much lighter than this photo, but I needed to finish Soba dashi so I used for Udon this time.  It was not bad at all.

「肉うどん」うどん出汁を作ろうとしたが、濃縮のそば出汁が残っていたので、使い切るべく乾麺のうどんをそば出汁をかけた。肉の甘辛味と合わさって思ったより美味しかった。
