Portobello mushroom with tofu miso

I made portobello mushroom grill with Japanese flavor of stuffings that are  made with minced onion, lardons, hard tofu and miso past.

「ポータベロきのこの味噌豆腐焼き」ポータベロマッシュルームとは、アメリカではよくみた大型のきのこ。サイズは大きいが味は椎茸には及ばない。このきのこにベーコン、玉ねぎのソテーに木綿豆腐、味噌、酒など合わせたトッピングをのせてオーブンでじっくりと焼いた。
