Camenbert au pate brick


Fillo dough is very easy to work with.  It's good for making fist corse dish but also useful for making small aperitifs.  This is one of my suggestion of Christmas party aperitif.  Camembert with raspberry goes very well together.

「カマンベールチーズのフィロー包み」これはフィロー生地を使った簡単なアペリティフ。ラズベリーを使ってクリスマスっぽさを出してみた。カマンベールともよく合う。
