Sweet potato with caramel cake

Sweet potato from south of Japan is sweet and delicious.  I made a cake with streamed Satsuma imo with caramel sauce.

「サツマイモのキャラメルパウンドケーキ」これは蒸した日本のサツマイモを入れて作ったパウンドケーキ。キャラメルソースをマーブル状にまとわせてたら、とてもよい取り合わせだった。
