Koya tofu piccata


Whenever I'm alone for dinner I often cook Japanese dishes that my husband doesn't like.  "Koya tofu" is dried tofu.  We eat this after simmering in Dashi stock.  Not many people like this because it has sponge like texture.

Sato imo with miso sauce
Tuna with Endive tossed in sesame oil
Konnyaku no kinpira
Shredded Chinese cabbage in Kelp stock

夫がいない日は、日頃あまり作らないこんにゃくなどの和の小料理を作るのが楽しみだ。残り物や乾物を応用して色々と作ってみた。メインは高野豆腐を出汁で戻して絞り、唐揚げ粉と卵を付けてピタカ風にソテーしたもの。

里芋の田楽味噌かけ
鮪とアンディーブのごま油和え
こんにゃくのきんぴら
白菜の浅漬け
