Eggs benedict is absolute delight of weekend morning. I'm usually bothered to make "Hollandaise sauce" so I hardly make this dish but it was very good.
「エッグスベネディクト」週末のブランチが上がる少し手の込んだ卵料理。ホーランデーソースを作るのが面倒に感じるので、なかなか作らない料理だが、久しぶりにイングリッシュマフィンを見かけたので作ってみた。
