Beef with carrot salad

Beef with carrots are great combination.  They are very know stew combination but they are also good as salad.

「牛肉と人参のサラダ」牛肉と人参の取り合わせは抜群でシチューでも美味しいが、サラダでもいい。これはたたき風に軽く焼いたステーキ肉（バベット）とスライサーで薄くスライスして、軽く塩をした人参を合わせた。
