Tiramisu aux framboises

I made something like "tiramisu" with cream cheese and raspberry.  This is extremely simple dessert because you don't have to cook anything.  Yet it can be great dessert in summer.

I soaked lady fingers in espresso and rum first.  Then mixed with softened cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar with whipped cream.  I also prepared raspberry sauce with frozen raspberry and sugar.

In the end I made the layer with lady fingers, cream and raspberry sauce and repeated twice.  Ii would looked better if I had fresh fruits for the toppings.

「ラズベリーのティラミス」クリームチーズが余っていたので、ティラミスを作った。クリームチーズにレモン汁と砂糖を加えて滑らかにし、立てた生クリームを足す。また、レディーフィンガーをエスプレッソとラム酒に浸したもの、冷凍ラズベリーに砂糖を加えてソースを用意して、層にした。

ガラスの器には映える簡単なデザート。上にトッピングとしてのせるフレッシュフルーツがあったらなお良かったと思う。
