Boeuf bourguignon

I made mistake of choosing the right meat for the boeuf bourguigon this time but it came out all right in the end.

「ブフ・ボーギニョン」今回は肉を選び間違えてしまったが、結果的には大丈夫な仕上がりだった。定番の料理だが、毎回少しソースを変化させている。
