Carbonara


I know that carbonara is very high in calories but it's so good so I make this once or twice a year.  Maybe I should make this more often because it's really delicious.

I used to make this dish with only with egg yolk but now I use a whole egg since I read that Italian make this with whole egg.  It's important to slightly cool the pan before adding eggs.

「カルボナーラ」カロリーが高いので、一年に1、2回しか作らないが、新ためて美味しいと思った。昔は卵の黄身だけで作っていたが、本来は全卵を使うものだと知り、今は全卵で作るようにしている。イタリアン、特にパスタは中華に似ていてタイミングが命だと思う。
