Crab cake

I think crab cake is American food.  This is crab meat and some vegetables shaped in balls and bread crumb coated outside.  I lightly fried in olive oil in the end.  It's good to serve with salad that makes a great starter for summer.

「クラブケーキ」はアメリカ料理だと思う。これは蟹の身とセロリやパプリカなどの野菜を丸めて、パン粉を付けて軽く焼き揚げにしたもの。サラダと一緒に盛りつけると、夏にはぴったりの前菜になる。
