Beef saute with aubergine and olives


This is slices of beef with diced aubergine and olives.  I usually sprinkle some salt on aubergine before cooking so that it doesn't soak up too much oil.  After saute of aubergine with olive oil and garlic, I mixed with diced spanish green olives.  Squeeze some lemon juice  before eating.

「牛肉のナスとオリーブのトッピング」焼肉用の肉を焼いてナスとオリーブのトッピングをのせた。ナスはサイの目に切り塩をしてしんなりとさせてからオリーブオイルとニンニクで炒める。先に塩をすると油をあまり使わずに済む。最後にスパニッシュオリーブを刻んだものを合わせた。少しレモンを搾って頂く。
