Mini calamari tempura

I made tempra with small calamaris in early spring.  I was very surprised how small they can get after cooking.  The fresh ones looked twice the size of these.  Japanese worcester sauce match perfectly with calamaris.

「小イカの天ぷら」小さいカラマリを見つけたので、天ぷらにしてみた。料理する前はこの２倍ほどの大きさがあったのが、驚くほど小さくなってしまった。イカ天にはやっぱりソースが合う。
