Yakiniku don

I found good quality inexpensive slices of beef for Yakiniku at Jasco.  I also made vegetable saute seasoned with Yakiniku sauce and laid between rice and the beef.  Beef is sauteed with sesame oil and sesame salt.

「焼き肉丼」ジャスコで安価で美味しい牛肉を見つけたので、焼き肉どんぶりにした。野菜ともやしを炒めて焼き肉のタレで味付けしたものをご飯の上に置いた。肉はごま油で焼いて、ごま塩をふった。短時間で出来るシンプルな料理。
