Spring cabbage soup pasta

This has to be with good spring cabbage.  Unfortunately I made this with regular cabbage and it was not as good as I hoped.  I think cabbage grow in cold weather therefore I cannot really find good local cabbage in Hong Kong.

「春キャベツのスープパスタ」これは出汁醤油と薄口醤油で作った和風パスタ。実はこれは普通のキャベツで春キャベツではない。日本の春キャベツで作るともっと美味しく出来ると思う。キャベツは日本のものが世界で一番美味しいと思う。葉が柔らかくてシャキシャキしている。キャベツは寒い気候でよく育つ野菜だからか、香港ではよいものが見当たらない。
