Slow cooked pork loin in soya sauce


This is pork loin cooked in soya sauce, sake, sugar, ginger, garlic and leeks.  I cook the meat for two and half hours and let it sit in the sauce for whole day.

「煮豚」これはゆっくりに煮た豚のロース塊肉。煮汁は和風に醤油、酒、砂糖で、生姜、ニンニク、ねぎを一緒に煮込んだ。2時間半くらい煮込み、その後1日くらいタレに漬け込む。
