Daikon to Age no itame ni


This is strips of daikon radish cooked with fried tofu and bacon in dashi.  This matches very well with white rice.

「大根と揚げの炒め煮」これは先日の大根のトゥルネ(面取り)した後の残りを切り干し大根の煮物の様に煮込んだもの。白ご飯に合う常備菜。
