Soboro with tomato over rice


This is ground beef cooked with minced vegetable cooked with soya sauce, mirin and dashi sauce.  This matchs very well with white rice.  Tomato is not traditional Japanese vegetable but it makes it tastes lighter and fresher.

「そぼろトマト丼」これは残り野菜を挽肉と一緒に炒めて甘辛に味をつけたそぼろにトマトを合わせた丼。丼もののトッピングに少し生野菜を入れると全体がさっぱりする。
