Salade de haricot verts

This is a simple french style of string beans salad.  Boiled string beans, snow beans, boiled eggs and julienne of french ham tossed in a vinaigrette sauce.  I believe that green beans are originally the vegetable of the spring season.  Yet in Hong Kong, we can always find imported ones from Africa.

「さやインゲンのフレンチサラダ」これはよくフランスのお惣菜屋などにあるサラダ。茹でた豆類、卵、ハムの細切り、好みでクルミをヴィネグレットソース（ディジョンマスタード、ワインヴィエネガー、塩こしょう、オリーブオイル）で和えたもの。
