Fried oysters


I used to like to eat raw oysters but after I had food poisoning with them for several different times, I eat them as fried now.  It's good to eat them just with lemon but also good with "tartar sauce" which is made with hard boiled eggs, minced onion, cornichons, capers, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.

「牡蠣フライ」私は元々生牡蠣が大好きなのだけど、何度もあたってしまったので、今は牡蠣はフライで頂くようにしている。フライも牡蠣の味が凝縮してとても美味しい。時間がある時はタルタルソース(ゆで卵、タマネギのみじん切り、ピクルス、ケッパー、マヨネーズ、酢、塩こしょう)を作って頂く。
