Tempura soba


I love soba and I believe that "Tempura soba" is the best.  I also like the one with Tororo which is Japanese yam.  Tempura batter is made from egg yolk, flour and very cold water or water with ice cubes.  You can probably find already mixed flour at Japanese grocery.

「天ぷらそば」そばはやっぱり天ぷら蕎が一番好き。日本では穴子やゴボウ天そばを頂くのを楽しみにしている。天ぷらは素材の良さが出る料理なので、エビも車海老がいい。ここでは天ぷらに出来る食材が限られているので、ブラックタイガーとインゲン豆を揚げた。
