Summer Lunch

I made very simple lunch course for my friends the other day.  Since it's been very hot in Hong Kong, I felt like cooking anything simple and light.  I had few things already prepared in advance so it took me less than two hours to prepare all of these.  Though I made a huge mistake by choosing wrong type of pasta.  I wanted to make this with Spaghettini but I bought Cappellini by mistake.

シンプルな夏の料理でお友達をおもてなしした。最近とにかく暑いので、料理も簡単で軽いものがいいと思い、イタリアン風のメニューにした。いくつか簡単に下ごしらえをしておいたら、当日２時間もかからずに仕上がった。しかしスパゲッティーニを間違ってカッペリーニを買ってしまっていたのがいけなかった。
