Egg salad

This is nothing new, a simple boiled egg and mayonaise salad.  Though I like to make is similar to Tartar sauce as to add minced pickles; Cornichons and minced shallots.  It's better to use Japanese mayonnaise or Dijion mayonnaise that contains more vinegar than American mayonnaise.  It's always a perfect with any bread.

「卵サラダ」何も新しいことはないゆで卵とマヨネーズのサラダ。私はタルタルソース風にキュウリのピクルス（コーニション）とエシャロットか浅葱のみじん切りを加える。時間がある時に作っておくとパンにもご飯にもよく合う簡単なお伴。今度は柴漬けのみじん切りを加えて和風に作ってみたい。
