Aubergine with Anchovy Linguine

This is simple pasta of aubergine, fresh cherry tomatoes and anchovy.  I fired aubergines with olive oil first then made sauce with anchovy with garlic and tomatoes separately.

「茄子とアンチョビのリングイネ」これはアンチョビベースのパスタ。茄子は先に素揚げする。オリーブオイルでにんにくを炒めてアンチョビとチェリートマトを加える。最後に茹で上がったリングイネを入れて、パスタのゆで汁で全体をなじませる。
