Edamame and Snap peas salad

I think many people know what "Edamame" is these days.  There are sold as already cooked in frozen bags so it's easy to prepare.  I also added boiled snap peas then tossed with vinaigrette sauce.  Finish with plenty of Parmigiano. 

「枝豆とスナップえんどうのサラダ」冷凍の枝豆と茹でたスナップをヴィネグレットソースで和えて最後にパルメザンチーズをたっぷり加えたもの。スナップえんどうは甘くて美味しい。
