Tofu to Chicken no Isobeyaki








"Isobeyaki" is usually a way to eat Mochi; rice cake with soya sauce with Nori seaweed.  This is ground chicken breast meat with tofu with 1/2 egg added.  Shape them in flat meat balls and saute in non stick pan and seasoned with soya sauce, mirin and wrapped with Nori seaweeds.

「鶏挽肉と豆腐の磯辺焼き」鶏の挽肉と水切りをした木綿豆腐に卵を加えて形を作りってフライパンで焼き、醤油、少量の味醂で味付けして海苔をはり付けたもの。挽肉は日本のスーパーで市販されているものはかなり脂肪が多めなので、胸肉かささみを自分でフードプロセッサー使って挽くとよい。さっぱりと仕上がるし、健康にもよい。
