Potage aux asperges

I love asparagus especially the ones from U.S and France.  I've found the ones from Chili these days in Hong Kong.  I feel the ones from U.S. tastes the best.  This portage is made with milk, so the color is whiter than the normal method.

「アスパラガスのポタージュ」香港には様々なところからアスパラガスが輸入されている。最近はチリ産などもあるが、私はアメリカ産のものが一番美味しいと思う。これは牛乳を使用して作ったので、色が白っぽく仕上がった。
