Calamari pasta

I found Calamari form France the other day, small calamaris are seasonal delicacy of spring.  I also added anchovy for the taste.  Be careful not to over cook calamari.  I believe tomato matches the best with seafood pasta.

「カラマリのパスタ」小ぶりのカラマリ（小さい烏賊）を見つけた。ホタル烏賊は日本でも春に頂くが、フランスでもカラマリは春が美味しいと言われる。あまり量が無かったのでソースにアンチョビも足した。魚介のパスタにはやっぱりトマトがよく合う。
