Family Dinner 2

In Japan, food imports are limited by the law so it's difficult to find imported meat for home consumption.  Veal is one thing, and I cooked "Iberico pork chop" today.  I've started to see this pork at city super recently and I found this is really the best pork in the world.  This taste better than lambs or even beef.  The meat is tender and delicate and even the fat is extremely tasty.

For the starter, I made the salad with Aubergine that my mother brought from Japan.  This kind can be eaten in fresh.

日本の家庭ではなかなか手に入らない材料での家庭料理ということで、前回の「子牛」に引き続き、今日は「イベリコ豚」。少し前からシティースーパーに置いてあるようになった「イベリコ豚」は料理してみて、その美味しさに仰天した！この豚の美味しさはすごい。世界一美味しい豚だと思う。身はかなり赤くて柔らかく、羊や牛肉より美味しい。脂身まで甘くて香りが良く、美味しく頂ける。鹿児島の黒豚も美味しいが、こちらには負ける。

前菜には母が持ってきた「生で食べられる茄子」を使ったサラダを作った。
