Corn rice


I love the flavor of the fresh corns.  To me, the corn flavor brings me the memory of mountains.  There are many shops that sells fresh grilled corns in soya sauce on the road of Mt. Aso.  I cooked the rice with fresh corns with Dashi; Japanese stock of kelp with Bonito.

「コーンご飯」は生のトウモロコシを豆ご飯のように出汁と一緒に炊いたもの。私はこのトウモロコシの香りが好きで時々作る。食感もよいし、手間がかからない簡単な変わりご飯。
