Mackerel marine with Uzukosho

I bought this "shime saba" which is vinegar marinade Mackerel package from citysuper the other day.  It was slightly boring to eat just right out of the package, so I arranged it with "yuzugosho" which is Japanese citrus made spice and some spring onions.

「しめ鯖のゆず胡椒和え」既製品をそのまま頂くのは些か退屈な感じがしたので、ゆず胡椒とあさつきで和えてみた。鯖や鯵にゆず胡椒は良く合うと思う。しかし真空パックのしめ鯖だったので、魚自体が少し残念な感じだった。
