Carottes au Cumin

Carottes goes very well with cumin spice.  This is cooked with olive oil, salt, cumin and water.  I think it's better to make this with butter but olive oil does as well.

「人参のグラッセ・クミン風味」人参にクミンはとても合う。これはオリーブオイル、塩、クミンと水で作ったグラッセ。本来はバターで作った方がよいが、さっぱりと仕上げる為にオリーブオイルに変えた。グラッセを作るときはクッキングペーパを落としぶたにして作る。
