Tuna Steak













The best way to eat Tuna is of course as Sashimi but also rarely seared Tuna is also very tasty. Season the Tuna with salt and pepper and sear it in non stick pan.  If your Tuna is fresh, try not to cook through.  You have to be very aware of cooking time, because the fish convey the heat much faster than meat.  I would say two minutes each side.  The sauce is soya sauce and sesame oil, you can also add some lemon juice.

「まぐろのステーキごま油ソース」まぐろの両面をシャシャっと焼いて、出し醤油+ごま油のソースをかけた。二十日大根のピリ辛さがとてもよくマッチする。日本にだったら、しその葉の千切り、ミョウガなどと一緒にまとめてもよさそう。今流行の「食べるラー油」なんかも合いそうだ。
